Problem

Static build-up on paper and coated stocks during the folding process can cause problems of uneven stacking. This can result in significant loss of productivity.

Solution

One or more Model 915 ionising bars positioned at the delivery end of the folder will neutralise any static charges. This will allow the material to be jogged correctly into a neat stack. The number of bars required will depend on process variables such as type of stock, number of folds and line speed.
