Lamination is an important part of the manufacturing process as the aluminium litho plates need to be coated with a protective film to ensure they can stand up to the toughest printing environments. The manifolds perform three critical functions . Firstly the static elimination bars break the electrostatic charges holding dust particles on to  the web. Secondly, the brushes remove even the smallest of particles.
